To cancel or modify your reservation, you must give at least 24 hours' advance notice prior to the start time. After this 24-hour window, reservations are non-refundable due to slot allocation and operational expenses.

Adverse weather conditions: If the Maritime Captaincy or our instructors determine that weather conditions are unsafe for navigation, we will first try to reschedule the activity to another available date or time. If rescheduling is genuinely impossible, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid in accordance with Spanish commercial and service legislation.

To rent a jet ski, presenting a valid original ID or Passport is mandatory. Teens aged 16 and 17 can drive with signed parental or legal guardian consent. Children aged 5 to 15 can enjoy the experience as passengers on the jet ski (subject to favorable weather conditions).

Bringing personal mobile phones or cameras on board is not allowed. In compliance with strict maritime safety regulations for license-free jet ski rentals, carrying loose devices while navigating is prohibited.

To ensure you keep your memories safe without risking your gear, we offer an optional high-resolution professional photo package, which you can purchase during online checkout or directly at our base after the tour.

⚠️ All personal belongings must be stored in our security lockers before heading to the dock.

You only need to bring a swimsuit, a t-shirt, and sunscreen; we provide an approved life jacket and a wetsuit if temperature requires it. Our main base is located at the Port of Alicante (Marina de Alicante), at the end of the promenade right behind the Casino, where private lockers are available for your belongings.
