FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are leaders in jet ski rentals (with and without a license). We feature a fleet renewed annually and offer routes ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours, exploring Tabarca, Cabo de las Huertas, and Benidorm.
You can book directly on our website. The initial payment is a 30% deposit to secure your spot; the remaining balance is paid at our facilities before starting the activity.
Changes: No cost up to 15 days before the service.
Cancellations: Full refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 15 days in advance. If cancelled with less notice, the deposit is non-refundable due to administrative costs.
A valid ID or Passport is mandatory. Minors aged 16 or 17 can drive (with parental authorization). Children between 5 and 15 years old can join as passengers if weather conditions are favorable.
You may bring your camera or phone at your own risk. However, we offer a professional photo pack at an extra cost so you don’t risk your gear and can take home high-quality memories.
⚠️ For safety reasons, phone use is not allowed during navigation, only when the instructor specifies.
All you need is a swimsuit and a T-shirt. We have lockers for your belongings. We depart from our base at the Alicante Marina (Port), at the end of the promenade behind the Casino.
